Sensei Mario has been the foundation of Dragon Lair MMA since the beginning! He has over 3 decades of experience and continues to provide his knowledge in combat sports to the students of Dragon Lair. Highly regarded as the God Father of MMA in New England, Sensei Mario Ramos has coached fighters in regional promotions such as CES MMA, Combat Zone MMA, Cage Titans and more. He has also coached fighters into getting wins in Bellator and other major Mixed Martial Arts organizations.

Coach Michael has been leading the pack in Dragon Lair since a young age. As a competitor and coach, Mikey continues to push the students at Dragon Lair to be be the best they can be and achieve their desired goals.
